These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpotlessHome.ae platform and services ("Services") provided by SpotlessHome FZ-LLC ("SpotlessHome", "we", "us", "our"). By booking, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Definitions
Customer / User: Any individual or business that uses or books Services from SpotlessHome.
Services: Professional cleaning and related services for short-term rentals, long-term residential properties, office spaces, and other commercial spaces.
Booking: A confirmed appointment for Services processed through our website, app, or customer support.
Service Provider / Team: Personnel or subcontractors engaged by SpotlessHome to perform cleaning and related work.
Spotless Guarantee: Our defined quality assurance and refund policy (see Section 8).
2. Eligibility and Acceptance
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
2.2 By booking or using any Services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
2.3 SpotlessHome may refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.
3. Booking and Payments
3.1 Booking
- Services must be booked through our website, mobile app, or customer support channels.
- Bookings must include accurate property details, contact information, and access instructions.
3.2 Pricing and Payments
- Service fees are confirmed at the time of booking.
- Payment may be required upfront or as otherwise specified.
- SpotlessHome reserves the right to change pricing without notice; however, changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.
3.3 Taxes and Fees
- All listed prices may exclude applicable taxes or service fees required by law.
- You are responsible for any additional governmental charges.
4. Service Delivery
4.1 General
- SpotlessHome will use reasonable efforts to deliver Services at the scheduled time and location.
- We are not responsible for inaccessible premises or locked properties without advance notice.
4.2 Property Access
- You must ensure that Service Providers have safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Delays or denied access may result in additional charges.
4.3 Conduct and Safety
- You agree not to hold SpotlessHome liable for service interruptions due to unsafe or hazardous conditions at the property.
- Any chemicals or equipment provided by the Customer must be clearly labeled and safe for use.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours of service time may incur a cancellation fee (specified at booking).
5.2 SpotlessHome Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If we cancel, you will be notified and refunded for any prepaid service fees.
5.3 Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule at least 12 hours before the scheduled service without a fee.
- Requests within 12 hours may be subject to additional charges.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property details and access instructions.
- Secure valuables and fragile items before the service.
- Report issues or concerns immediately after service completion (photo evidence recommended).
- Ensure pets or hazards are controlled prior to Service Providers' arrival.
7. Spotless Guarantee
SpotlessHome stands behind the quality of its Services with the following guarantee:
7.1 Quality Standard
- Cleaning standards are defined in the booking confirmation and checklists.
- If a service does not meet the agreed standards, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
7.2 Remedial Service
- We will schedule a free re-clean to address deficiencies.
- Re-clean must be completed within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 48 hours of reporting).
7.3 Refund
- If the remedial re-clean does not meet expectations, you may request a refund.
- Refunds are limited to the service fee paid for the specific booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 SpotlessHome is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of business.
8.2 Our maximum liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the relevant Service.
8.3 We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or conditions outside our control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and material on our website or marketing assets are the property of SpotlessHome or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.
11. Communication and Support
- SpotlessHome provides 24/7 support through our support channels.
- Communication may be via email, phone, WhatsApp, or in-platform messaging.

12. Changes to Terms
SpotlessHome may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be resolved through relevant UAE dispute resolution mechanisms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SpotlessHome regarding the Services.
